I was born and raised on a family farm in the small town of Davidsonville just outside of Annapolis, Maryland.
I was given my very first digital camera at a young age, but my passion for photography began in high school.
I attended Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland where I majored in sociology with a concentration in social justice. While in college, I learned to shoot and develop black and white film.
Outside of photography, my passion has always been with horses and the equestrian sport. I enjoy running and spending a lot of time in the great outdoors. I love travelling, meeting new people, and immersing myself in different cultures.
Though each photographer has a very different and unique style, a few of my inspirations include: Ansel Adams, Annie Leibovitz, Jerry Uelsmann, and Thomas Mangelsen.
